The client registers their company / sole proprietorship in our EGON system, which creates an account. Signed contracts and their appendices are uploaded online in EGON (the “Dashboard” section).

After approval, the client delivers the physical versions to isklad, signed on every page (one copy of each contract). If the documents contain any errors, they will be rejected for correction (the client will receive an email notification).

Tip: Do not forget to fill in the place of signature and the date of signature.

Yes, each product must have a unique identifier (EAN or internal code) so it can be correctly identified and processed in the warehouse.

A single item is one individual product, a carton contains multiple items, and a pallet is a logistics unit consisting of multiple cartons.

Yes, we provide product labeling services, including EAN labels and custom labels.

Yes, the system allows automatic invoice generation for end customers.

Services are invoiced monthly according to the current price list and the services used.

Yes, cash on delivery is available. The collected amount is transferred to the client’s account according to the agreed terms.

A complaint concerns damage or an issue with the shipment, while an undelivered shipment means it could not be delivered to the recipient.
